“Shaping the vision of the students” The library & information Center has one of the finest collections. Situated in an easily accessible place, it covers 150 sq. ft. and occupies two sections of the references/lending section.
Mission
Initiate, enhance and improve the library service. To support the instructional information research and curriculum needs to the staff through effective and up to date collection development. To save the time of the user by making easy reference service.
Collection
The Library has acquired a valuable collection of more than 4019 books valued around 15, 00,000/-rupees. The Library has a good collection of Journals i.e. current as well as back volumes. The current journal subscription is about 18 including foreign and Indian Journals.

E-library consortium with DELNET Subscription
Union list of current journals and e‐journals consortium in India
Journals are a vital source of current information for scientific research. Information on availability of current journals is of great help for document delivery services. DELNET maintains an online union list of current journals available in the fields of Science and Technology. This database has more than 25,000 unique titles of current journals and is available to all libraries whether members. Photocopies of journal articles are arranged from the libraries and are supplied to the requesting libraries and are one of the most popular services of DELNET.
In India a major e‐journals consortium was formed in 2000 named INDEST (Indian National Digital Library in Science and Technology Consortium) with a financial contribution of Rs 200 million from the Ministry of Human Resource Development (MHRD). The All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) has also contributed Rs 37.5 million. A total of 38 centrally funded government institutions including the Indian Institutes of Technology (IITs) and the National Institutes of Technology (NITs) and a few others are the core members of INDEST. The consortium provides access to over 6,500 journals from publishers and aggregators.
Facility and Service
The library can accommodate 72 users at a time. Separate sections are provided for Diploma and Undergraduate students.
Home Issue
The students get 02 (Two Book) book for a period of 10 Days.
Internet Facility
- Library has a server and LAN Three (3) PC’s are exclusively for Internet and CDROM reference.
Current Awareness
Books to keep abreast with the latest development and progress, current content service is provided and newly arrived titles were displayed on notice board.
